What we collect
Email, Stripe OAuth tokens, and the Stripe events we pull on your behalf (customers, subscriptions, invoices, charges, disputes, and related webhooks). We do not collect card data, passwords, or anything Stripe doesn't expose to us through the read-only API.
What we do with it
We generate your weekly brief, populate your dashboard, and send you alerts if you've opted into them. That's it.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't let advertisers access it. We don't train general-purpose language models on it. We don't share it with anyone outside Trenith LLC except the infrastructure providers listed below.
Who processes it on our behalf
AWS (hosting, us-east-1), OpenAI (LLM inference, contractually does not train on our API traffic), Stripe (the source), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (frontend hosting). That's the complete list as of April 2026.
Your rights
You can export everything you've generated, correct anything you see, or delete everything by emailing privacy@trenith.com. We respond within 48 hours and complete deletions within 30 days (usually faster).
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We use privacy-preserving analytics (Plausible) that does not use cookies or track across sites. No third-party ad trackers.
